    This is such a good way to begin and sustain a workout schedule. The exercises progressively and slowly increase in intensity so that it shepherds beginners through the journey to becoming fit. After each day, you rate how hard it was, and this is used as feedback for future sessions. I love this app!

    I would rate the app 5 stars if it weren’t for this one thing. It has a function that you can turn on that based on the other settings related to it reminds you to drink water in certain intervals. The only problem is that the notification sound makes it sounds like you’re peeing yourself. But if you go into settings and turn off the sounds for the notifications that defeats the purpose of the notifications telling you to drink some water and to exercise if you have the app programmed to tell you to do that. It’s a great app that I would diffidently recommend. It’s just that on thing mentioned is the reason I’m not giving it 5 stars
