    無料版(中級)のまま27日目を終えましたが、25年以上も筋トレとは無縁のメタボ生活をしていたのでシックスパック…まではまだ程遠いですが体重は74キロ→70キロ、体脂肪も18%台→現在15%台に、明らかに出っ張っていたお腹は確実に引っ込んでいます。ぷよぷよのお腹脂肪の奥には懐かしい硬い腹筋を感じます。 レビューに「無料版は7日間だけでその後は強制的に課金された…」という方いらっしゃいますが、それはただご自分で「プレミアム版へ移行」をタップされてるだけです。しなければ無料のままです。私はアプリが気に入ったので30日が終わったらプレミアム版に移行したいとおもいます。

    無料の初級コースを1周(30日)やってみたが、割と効果があり、体重も落ちた 最初は「たったこれだけ?」と思うほど簡単なものだったが、日が経つほどだんだん難しくなってくる 1つ要望として、以前は日付が変わった直後のトレーニング分の消費カロリーも前日分にカウントされてたが、アプデ後から日付が変わった後のものや日付が変わる前に始めてても日付を跨いだものが翌日分にカウントされるようになってしまった そこを元に戻して欲しい あと各トレーニング項目にフィードバックをつけられるが、ケガ等の理由で低評価をつけても翌日のメニューにそのトレーニングが出てきたりする フィードバックした時に出てくるあのヒゲのおっさん、人の話をちゃんと聞いているのだろうか笑 2022/04/12 追記 怪我でしばらく休止してて数ヶ月ぶりに開いてみたら、iPhoneのヘルスケアの歩数が連携されなくなってる また過去のデータも全て連携されず、どの日も歩数が0歩となっている アプリの再起動やiPhone自体の再起動をやっても同じで、iPhone側の設定から当アプリへの連携許可を一度オフにして再度オンにしたら、その日の分だけは連携されるようになったが、翌日以降はまた連携されなくなる iPhoneXRでiOS14.4.1を使用中 至急修正を
