    It's the best workout app for me so far! This app is very much effective and very good. I started it in this week and the results were shocking. I did the leg and abs workout and my leg which was before a lul leg became a little bit strong leg. My personal tip: always check with instructors, peers and/or instructions videos and make sure you know the techniques and keep focus on good movements and breath. There might be different approaches to the same exercise — just take note of the differences and what effect they have on your body. Back to the challenges they go thru diverse workouts with multiple different excercises for each muscle group along with a good amount of integrated stretching. Keep up the great work!. Really enjoyed it. Very easy to use and I feel a lot better and more fit already in one day. Good support service.

    This app is the best app I’ve been looking for a app like this but I couldn’t find it until a friend of mine recommended it to me. This app tells you the truth they say straight out you aren’t gonna get a good body in a month but in 2 month. Which is awesome because other apps just say 1month just so they can get like a bunch of people. I love this app it’s amazing.

    EDIT: This app progresses WAYYY too fast for a complete beginner. There also needs to be an option to turn on real-time, verbal instructions for each exercise so you don’t have to read each exercise before a workout to learn new exercises and to make sure you are learning, following, and continuing to implement proper form for each exercise as you progress. Overall, I like the app. But there are no mobility or flexibility routines built in. And no warm-ups. This creates problems down the road, and it would be nice not to have to use a different app or set of videos for this before and after the workouts on this app. There are also no assessments or graphs of your progress. Other paid apps have these useful tools. Some of the GIFs are wrong. The “glute bridge” shows the shoulders and arms in red as if they are being engaged. But the exercise is supposed to focus on the glutes. This is very misleading.

    This app has really great and challenging workouts. The only thing that’s lacking is time in between sets to get in position (maybe a 5 second count? Lol) as the workouts start right away without even knowing what they are going to be. But besides that, the workout is still rewarding and gets you sweating and stronger each day.

    I am a teen who is encouraged to get fit, because I have been pretty skinny all my life. I started using the free trial and felt that this program was right for me, so I got the Pro version. I have been doing it for about a month, and I can see visible results already. Great app. Thank you for making it. ?
