    This app is very relaxing and great fun. I have only used it for a couple of days (not very long at all) and I’m already starting to feel a bit more free in my body. It is very simple to use and not overwhelming at all. The choice of workouts is just right as you don’t want too many different options and it says what the exercise is about. In the morning I do the morning one and before bed I do the bedtime one etc.I would recommend this to anybody who wants to do a form of meditation and improve flexibility and fitness. Another thing that I like is that you can customise your own workout (without premium) therefore you can select your favourite exercises and do them in your own workout you’ve created. One thing that I would like to be added is being able to receive inspirational motivational comments throughout the process to make you feel happy and motivated during each session or positive reminders of how yoga will help you eg improve your flexibility; tune in with your mind etc. :)

    May 2020 - My daughter introduced me to this app, and although it is many years since I attended a Yoga class I’m finding it very easy and helpful to follow the instructions for these short routines. It especially supportive as I’m in Covid-19 lock down here in the UK. June 2021 - I’m still using this app more than a year later, which says something very positive about how good it is. I like the flexibility of making my own routines. It would be even better if I could also select the music I would like to have alongside the exercises. The record of sessions and the statistics are a good thing too - I can keep track of my progress. The reminder is helpful too, but I need it to go off at 7:00am not pm!

    I have used this app for a good few months and thing the selection of free yoga routines are great. My review would be a 5 if it was not for the recent “immunity buster” workout. It suggests that by doing this workout you can boost your immunity to fight of all types of illness and linking this to COVID-19. Unless the company has scientific evidence to back up its claims it can boost our immunity to COVID-19 I suggest they change there wording. Not only does this pry on people’s anxieties around the illness desperate to avoid getting it. It also distracts from the need to follow scientific advice as they believe they can reduce there chances of contracting the illness via unproven and unscientific methods such as this. This is a disappointing attempt to profit from the current pandemic in my view... There is some evidence that daily exercise can help you fight off the illness when you get it but it is still VERY important to follow regular hand washing face covering and social distanc...
