    I’ve done a bit HITT before but am generally into running, walking & yoga. Would thoroughly rec this app. Easy to use with a workout for everybody. Now progressed to 20 min intermediate in a matter of weeks. I’m sure every so often the workouts disappear & are replaced with different ones which makes you ‘shake it up.’ Advert at start- so doesn’t interfere with workout. fashionrocks01 (Instagram)

    The app is amazing but it could be improved with a few changes which will make it the most used HIIT app. I think in every workout they should show which muscles groups are worked so the user has more knowledge about which workout will benefit them the most

    It’s really stretching but easy to see the progress you’re making day to day - even in the same category. I’ve not made it to Intermediate yet! One thing that would make it even better is if there was a progress bar showing your overall progress to completing the full session (could go under the avatar).

    Amazing app I love sports and fitness but haven’t relay been able to feel it recently until I came across this app it really hard to find a good fitness app that doesn’t take thousands of pounds to have for not even a decent quality however this is the best one so far.
