    I’ve been meaning to get into meditation for a while now. There are many apps out there and I tried a few of them that were both difficult and expensive. Then I found this app. What an amazing experience, and what a great different it has made in my life.!! I used it to learn all the techniques and I felt the difference in me after 2 to 3 meditation sessions. I have a lot going on in my life and I have trouble relaxing, I also don’t sleep very well, and in general I’m just stressed out, which is why I wanted to meditate in the first place. Using this app I learned how to do it really quickly and every session I did seemed to work even better and better. Their seven day program for beginners is just perfect. Then I decided to do the next 14 days program. It went into all the different advanced techniques that were extremely effective for me.     I’m very happy with this app. I downloaded several apps before finding one that fit. This app is easy to use and you don’t have to scroll through several classes and teachers to find what works. I love the calming voice of the woman and the beautiful music. I was starting to get discouraged that I wasn’t going to find an app that worked for me but this app is a good fit. I also appreciate that she doesn’t spend time telling me to find a good sitting position. I often like to meditate in bed when I first wake up so it’s nice not to be told that I should be sitting. She immediately starts with a positive message in her soothing, beautiful voice and you immediately feel better.
