    Charge you after canceling. I did a free trial and decided to cancel because the cost for class i wanted were no different than booking directly with the studio. Once I canceled, I got an email stating all my booked classes would be automatically canceled. However, I am now being charged no-show fees of $14/class to these classes after it was clear by the email that a trial cancellation would also cancel the classes. This company is a cash cow scam. No wonder there is a class action lawsuit

    Concierge service doesn't seem to even work. Not sure why they show so many of these if the function isn't even usable...
