    After years at another gym, OTF takes all the thinking and stressing out of a routine and you burn 400 calories min. In an hour. It is awesome!

    New update requires IOS 13 or higher so now I can’t get past the “while you’ve been working on your solar points we’ve been working on our app” message.

    I recently join OTF and I am already in love with the way everything works. I love the app very easy to use I wish if you have Apple Watch integration available with it.

    As a former athlete having trained most of my life, I struggled to get back to a regular routine post pandemic not quite finding the self-motivation I had. OTF crew at Laurier have got me back on track! I’m having fun working out again and have already shed some undesired and “age related” weight around the waist after only 3-4 days a week for past 6 weeks. Particularly like the trainer Chris for her amazing music! Brenda has been a great resource too!

    I really enjoy the class led workouts but the price is pretty wild. It’s a very costly way to stay fit. It isn’t made for everyone to be able to access due to the high cost associated with it.
