The payment in the app is hard to understand and literally every single driver I spoke to was a nutjob. Half of the time the people who accept the rides don't plan on showing up and the ones that do are certifiably insane in my experience. Thanks for wasting an hour of my life and stranding me on the side of the highway waze carpool!
