Verint Mobile Responder provides immediate incident acceptance and smart app navigation with efficient privacy and communication features. The Responder is a comprehensive Mobile Dispatch and tracking solution that runs on a smartphone or tablet device. The Mobile Responder is part of Verint’s Dispatch Manager. The Mobile Responder enables public safety and security field users to access and share critical information; indicate availability and response statuses; instantly communicate with dispatchers as well as other mobile users; self-dispatch; and fill out reports. The user interface is easy to navigate, uses public safety terminology and graphics. Highlights: -Responder enables users to silently report new incidents from the field -Responder receive incident report with all details -Responder once incident is closed provide report for closing the incident -Responder users can access a real-time list of open incidents -Responder can access to area map featuring the following data: --Saved/known physical locations (Point of Interests) --Live Location of other Responder Users or Integrated AVL system --Geo-Coded incident locations -Responder application is interfaced with most navigation applications -Status Notification -Once an incident is received, the Responder user can select a response status: --Acknowledge --Enroute --On-Scene --Incident Complete -Responder users can send messages to each other -Live video can be streamed from the Responder application to the Dispatcher Please note: Coverage is dependent on your mobile phone’s network and GPS connection.
