    Quite helpful in making and tracking a healthy eating plan and keeping a log of how I'm feeling emotionally and physically. I appreciate the recipes and the mechanism to alter as my day and well goes as needed. The affirmations after I log a meal and monitor my state of being make me feel supported. So far, I feel this is really helping.
