    Cannot unbind my credit card and delete telcell account. My concern that I got fraudulent call asking for telcell wallet code, and I found out that is is very simple to take loan. So I will have huge issues if someone get access to this wallet. Be carefull registering your data here, you cannot delete it after. Customer service totally unreachable

    Unable to add new card. They are not able to solve it around a month. Each time different reasons. Really frustrated.

    Չի աշխատում բանկային քարտի ավելացումը և չկա հաճախորդի սպասարկում, հեռախոսահամարին չեն պատասխանում, ռոբոտը խնդրում է զանգահարել ուշ, տելեգրամի ու վայբեռի էջերն նույնպես չեն պատասխանում, քարտ կցելուց բոլոր տվյալներն լրացնում եմ, ամենավերջում SMS է գալիս կոդով, լրացնում եմ կոդը, տեղափոխում է քարտերի էջ և վերադարձնում է սխալ հետևյալ տեսքստով-Քարտ կցելու համար ավելացրել անձն հաստատող փաստաթուղթ և բանկային քարտ ??: Անձնագիրս ավելացրել եմ, հաիշիվս հաստատված է, ունեմ պրեմիում պրոֆիլ/հաշիվ:

    Հարգելի ծրագրավորողներ, խնդրած կլինեմ ուղղել հետևյալ խնդիրը. բանկային գործարքների ժամանակ (մասնավորապես վարկի մուծման համար) հաճախակի չի տրամադրվում ամբողջական տեղեկատվություն, թե ինչքան է մնացել մայր գումարից և ինչքան է կազմում վարկի հերթական վճարման ամսական գումարը։ Խնդիրը նկատվել է ԱԿԲԱ, Արդշինբանկ բանկերի հետ։
