The customer service is ok but the app could be better with less crashing and server errors. I was over 10 min late to my appt due to server errors and having to call multiple times to get help.

The app supposed to have Face ID to logging but it doesn’t work. I have to log in manually every time. When I get email that I have a message from sleep charge to login to app to look at message I can’t never find massage. Application is useless for me, been waiting for an update to see if it fix problems but nothing in the last 3 months. It just takes space in my phone.

I used the previous SleepCharge app and downloaded this new version when the old advised it was being retired. I like the interface and the new look of the app. The Face ID login feature does not work once turned on. Sometimes a file uploaded to Documents come up as a blank page or some PDF code. The old app has the Charge data (one’s personalized sleep data). It is not available in this app at all. Even though the information provided was very limited, at least it was accessible.

This app does not allow you to log in using saved credentials. That function is standard on every other app out there. Additionally, the message management is confusing at best. After getting notifications, you cannot see what’s been read or what’s new.

With new update, I cannot log-in at all. It is a loop - the app asks for my login, it accepts my credentials, displays a server error, and then asks me for my login again. Please fix your servers!
