Silvercloud provides a wide range of supportive and interactive programs, tools and tactics for mental and behavioral health issues. These programs address wellbeing, life balance, time management, communication skills, goal setting, communication and relationship management, anger management, stress management, relaxation and sleep management, among many others.

Tools

A broad variety of interactive tools including mindfulness meditations, breathing and relaxation exercises, review pages, anger management strategies, and many more tools related to content across anxiety, depression, stress, wellbeing and resilience and coping.     I haven't been able to get back onto the app on my phone until today. Been bugging out on me. - I get the notification as always (not the personalised on I set but whatever). - I click on the app. - Screen goes white like usual. - And instead of the login popping up, the app closes on me. Idk if you can get someone on that but yeah.

    I love this app. I've given it four stars only because I feel there's a few tweaks it could have and I think you only have access to it for a limited time. Love the course and the tools are great, got so used to using them will definitely miss it when I lose access. Brilliant for those who need help with their anxiety and great that you can do a self referral.

    Abysmal app offering less than the simple web access. Does not remember login, does not offer a cleartext password option (a basic accessibility option these days) and is generally, just lacking. For so many UK NHS Mental Health services to be financially supporting this I'd expect far, far better. A 12 year old with an off the shelf app development kit would have done better.
