Keep your app. This app rates a 1. It no longer allows you to copy and paste. If that's the case, this app is useless.

Constantly crashes when trying to manage tickets. Feb 2022 don't know how but you managed to make this app even worse.

Update. RU called me up ans gave me guidance on how to fix the issue. Seems to be happening with android users. Go to settings > apps > Scarlet Knights > storage > clear cache and data. Restart phone. Mine works now.
