    Audio guide is only available after inserting ticket info. This pop up to do this is only on the first launch. Additional issues downloading audio content is quite frustrating.

    I have tried to book tickets on 5 or 6 occasions in the last two weeks (Nov. ‘21) and it never works. The transactions never complete whether I used a Visa or Master Card. We contacted Sagrada Familia and no help at all. We contacted our bank and credit card companies with no success. Using this app has been a huge waste of time. I’ll buy my tickets when I get to Barcelona.
