    Hey folks, been using the app for about a year now, I’ve completed my 3rd cut this week. Overall I went from 74kg to 63kg and cut my fat % I would say from the high 20s to mid 10s. I feel great, I look much much better, my training sessions are going well and I’m hitting PRs reasonably well without feeling super gassed out. I’ve been around 96%-97% adherent on my cuts and a little lower on maintenance. I was successful because the app worked with me and my schedule and made it dead simple to get on with it. It helps with building your meal plans and helps you develop a good and consistent eating habit which is really the best tool you can pick up for long term health and body composition success. Please make sure to read the instructions, and be patient. The point here is to establish a starting point and adjust on the go.
