About half the time this works fine but often the keyboard closes down on its own. At first I thought I was accidentally making contact with the 'close keyboard' on the screen so kept my eye on it - no, it wasn't me, just an annoying intermittent glitch. This hasn't improved despite updates. If using an iPad I often find I suddenly can't move the cursor to correct a typo or cut and paste. I then have to wait until outlook decides it will let me continue ? Like others, I have to use this for my work account so can't choose an alternative

This app is a very good iOS option/version of Microsoft Outlook. It is just lacking in a couple of essential features, which if included, would make it a most excellent option. For instance, the ability to print an email or its attachments; the ability to save a PDF version of the email to files or third party services; the ability to save email attachments to files or third party services; the ability to attach files to outgoing emails; the ability to create rich HTML email signatures to include photo or logo inserts. If it was possible to add these functionalities and for it to also be possible to attach emails from any of the Outlook folders to new emails to be sent out, that would be utopia and worthy of a five star rating.

Asks for email address but no password. Click continue and the it says you need a password and shows you the password field for the first time! After supplying both email and password, it gets as far as “contacting server” and promptly crashes and closes. Has anyone actually tested this app? I could use outlook, but then my employer/company wants to manage my personal device and install loads of other apps and a company profile which I’m not at all comfortable with. I bought my devices and the fact that a profile effectively hands over management of it to them and they could then effectively wipe my personal device if they wished. It also allows them to see a lot more information on the device and it’s use for which I reiterate I paid for, not them, so chose to go OWA. But this fails miserably, back to using safari and the clunky web portal or not being as engaged as I’d like be at work. Amazes me how many people just install profiles on their personal devices because apps like this...

Many bugs. Why it usually doesn't show notifications of new email? And when I want to write a review, if my nickname was chosen already, why don't you tell me about this right at the start instead of waiting until I finished composed, which of course mean that I have to type the review again???
