    App opens fine. When I click a channel to watch it doesn't load. The spinner just keeps going until it times out.

    Non-existent. Not only is the website poorly designed (and poor in execution), but the app will not install on my computer. Every time I have contacted customer support in the past, I have complained about the website. I realize that the person on the other end has no authority to do anything about it. Do the programmers not try running through the website and do they not see the obvious deficiencies? Is there no one else who finds that they cannot run the tv through the computer?

    Can only get 5 chanals. App still sucks. 2/31/22 still sucks. Chanal situation resolved. 8/17/22: App still sucks. Having to restart tablet frequently ,.....

    constantly cuts out. starting up is very difficult. takes many tries. Samsung tablet. operating system and app are up to date. this is a recent development, maybe 2 weeks or so. 7/25/22 OK. It seems that if I exit the app "gracefully", I don't have problems when I next boot it up. This aspect reminds me of an old WINDOWS rev. I will change my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars. 7/28 happened again. cleared DATA and CACHE. Seems better now. We'll see... 8/17 it sucks again.Can't change channels again
