Never remembers my log in name (email). Please make this more user friendly. The chapter pays your company for this system so it’s unacceptable. There is no admin accessibility on the app anymore either from what I can see.

I am not exaggerating when I tell the lovely community of the Apple App Store that when I open this app my soul dies. If it worked that would be cool but apparently that’s a lot to ask of an app. Does not slay the house boots down if you ask me. I actually really love when it deletes complete sets of data and organizes information like a feral barn cat in end stage liver failure. If you love yourself or your family don’t use this. Actually if you hate yourself or those around you I promise you don’t hate them enough to make them use this sorry excuse for an app.

The app refuses to let me login and says I have invalid credentials and then won’t allow me to try to login again. I have my password saved and I know it’s the right one. It’s absolutely ridiculous how badly this app “works” I would rate it zero stars if apple would let me. PLEASE fix the app

The login and system setup was efficient and easy. No one in my house had issues setting up the account. The reason I hesitate to give this five stars is simply because you can’t edit interests or your “profile” on the app. Having to log into the website to do so is just not as easy. Hopefully they will fix this issue and make the app as efficient as possible.
