    However the only hiccup is that you can't actually message (direct message) all of your providers. I've experienced a similar issue when attempting to schedule appointments via the as well. Other then those few issues, Mount Sinai MyChart app is very well structured, easy to navigate, in addition to being patient oriented and centered. All of which of keeps people engaged, informed, and involved in their entire scope of wellness regarding one's health.

    Every modern medical organization must have a good information and communication app. This app provides both information and a way to communicate. However, it is poorly created. Many of the pages do not open at all. Those that open half of the time do not load. When they don’t load you have to go back and try again. When they do open it rarely happens quickly, more often you will wait for 20 seconds or a minute. At that point you don’t know if you should wait or try again. There is a way to share your medications with Mount Sinai, however, you can’t just enter your information. You have to find your exact medication though search. When your medication is on the list you have to go through a long list of different quantities and types before finding your. But perhaps you should not worry about that since many of the medications or quantities are simply on the the list which you already waited a minute to load. Same goes for allergies. You can add them, but only if you find them in a lis...
