    Go through the intire hassle of creating an account then it doesn't recognize the username and password completely useless

    Was not able to get the app to ever open after I set up my account info. Uninstalled it.

    The app tracks data by license plate.this is a BIG problem if you have a vanity plate. I have reached out to Customer support about this and I got the email equivalent of shrugged shoulders and a comment that since each Jiffy Lube is indepdently owned and operated and I needed to talk to them toget my information updated. Note very helpful.
