    I've been using this app for a few years now and: it helps me so much getting my mind back to where I need to have it! I sleep better and I focus on my tasks and in the end that means achieving more of my goals!

    Super angenehme Stimme, viele verschiedene Sessions möglich, mein Favorit ist die zum Schlafen, und man kann die Dauer auswählen (7, 14 oder 30 Minuten). Das Englisch ist einfach zu verstehen und die Hintergrundmusik ist super chillig, nicht zu laut etc. Bisher keine bessere App gefunden und Englisch ist nicht mal meine Muttersprache :-)
