機能や試みはいい感じなんですが縦画面でしか表示できないとなるとかなり写真が見にくいです横画面での表示に対応していただきたいです

Windows10とiPhone13(iOS15)で同じWi-Fi環境下にしてQRコードを認識させても接続できない。何度しても変わらず。skylumサポートに連絡しても改善されなかった。アプリ共有は諦め、luminarNEOのメール共有で書き出ししようと思ってもメールソフト(Thunderbird)も接続できない。結局、一旦PCに保存してメールかクラウドで共有するしかなく、手間が増えるのでluminarNEO自体使わなくなりました。 PC環境やネット環境の問題ではなくアプリかluminarNEOソフトウェアの問題で間違いない気がします。しかし残念ながらskylum社がウクライナにあるため、当分の間バージョンアップする事も改善される事もないでしょう。まずは皆さまが無事でありますよう祈ります。

使用環境:PCはWindows10、スマホはiPhone 7＋（14.8.1)でQRコードを読み取りしても読み取り出来ません。スマホのバージョンは推奨のios14以上だから使えるはずだし、このアプリの為にOS更新する気もないので、ドロップボックスを使って画像のやり取りをしています。（この方法で転送するなら一眼から直接スマホに画像転送して、Lightroomとか使った方が早い•••）スマホが古いから、ミラーレス一眼の画像を気軽に加工してインスタ投稿しようと思っていたのにこれじゃあ何の為にお金払ってNEO買ったのか分かりません。他の方のレビューにも出来ないとあったので、早く解決してもらいたいです。
