    Slow response on my iPhone I already have an account, when reset the password for it, it opens up to set up a new account. And when I do so it say “you already have an account, and if you need to reset the password,.....) this is just unresolvable cycle:(

    My purchase was very difficult to make considering I have a promo code and it was the first day of sale. It wouldn't take my credit card information. It's always very stressful being a very big fan and trying to see them in concert. I wish something could be done about scalpels and bots just as so many other real fans.

    I’m always signed in. Bought tix. Entered promo code.Asked to sign in again. This time to ticket master. Ok fine. I did. Credit card info not found. Really? Next to useless. So disappointing. Save the info - or don’t bother.

    When searching for a concert, date filters are never applied properly. Not sure why you would also show past concerts on that map too. I'll stick to Songkick and Bandsintown.
