This app has several problems, all fixable, but it’s not user friendly on the fly. The meter itself was not responding to credit cards, only coins (!) so we were forced to use an app that we did not have. After downloading it on the fly, we were unable to use it, because it doesn’t work until it confirms your email address, and the email is not sent until about 10 mins after you try to create the account. It doesn’t tell you that you have to confirm the email, so go ahead and look in your inbox but if it’s not there, just be aware that it takes a long time to arrive. If you get through that, it also does not allow you to start to pay until you have already saved your credit card in the account page. And it theoretically has an option to save the meter number automatically, but you cannot toggle that to the ON position (at least on my screen) because the text is too long and pushes it to the edge of screen.
