    I deleted the app five minutes after installing it. The app immediately complains about not being supportable on the latest iOS and needs to be updated by the developer. The app developer is in the U.K. with British word spellings sprinkled about. I highly question a company's ability to provide what customers want when they have no clue what the transit system does well or doesn't do well on a daily basis. If you don't live in the city and have to cope with the transit system how can you possible know what we want or need from the app? The app doesn't have the latest routes. Months and years out of date. It has no event information, like delays or route changes or closures (which I experienced this morning and was looking for a source of updated route availability info before I embark on my afternoon trip home). It has no ability to sell you tickets or passes or provide basic info like how to ride. These are all basic fundamentals of navigating a city transit system in any city ...
