The Fresh Mode app gives you that – it’s a new and exclusive (invite only) way to earn points and redeem them for Fresh Rewards, like FREE delivery and money off your favorite items. Simply download the app, create an account and link your Plus Card to access these exclusive benefits.

How Does it Work?
1. Shop online or in-store, and earn points that can be redeemed for Fresh Rewards.
2. Earn 1 point for every dollar spent on groceries and general merchandise when you shop Kroger.
3. Complete quizzes and polls, and participate in bonus point shopping events to earn more Fresh Rewards, faster.
4. Enable push notifications in the Fresh Mode app to learn about ways to earn even more bonus points.
5. Visit the Fresh Mode Rewards Center to redeem your points for Fresh Rewards, like Free Delivery, money off your groceries and more!

Please note: The Fresh Mode app is separate from your Kroger.com account and app (that means you can SAVE more when you use both apps).

    Great idea, poorly executed.... I signed up after receiving an email invitation - set up was no problem at all. In June I completed three bonus activities but never received points for them, which was frustrating. Now only about two-thirds of my in-store purchases are ever credited to my account. I've enjoyed the rewards I have received, but I no longer go out of my way to work for them. Wish it could be rolled into the primary Kroger app.

    I'm not sure why I need 2 apps for Kroger (the regular Kroger app and now "Fresh Mode." It's one more thing to keep up with. I really wish it were all in one app.

    "invite only" error. I'll update once this is fixed. Update (8/12/22) It was never fixed. I wouldn't bother, if you got invited; The support for this app is abysmal.
