I ordered some snacks back in February and still haven’t received it. It’s May now. I contacted customer service several times and there were either always busy, or not responsive. They even created fake tracking number just so I can stop bothering them. The tracking number was never updated(duh it’s fake) and I lost so much time and patience trying to get a useful response. Stop using excuses like unforeseeable losgitics. I have placed orders with other apps and their delay is significantly more informed and within understandable timeframe. I asked for refund and they are now trying to deliver the product. Such a disappointing shopping experience. ——- 真的是客服又不专业运货也一直拖延一问就是物流不可控劝各位还是远离这样的商家

I ordered some items at the beginning of April. However, I never received them in mail. I contacted the customer service and asked for mail tracking number. The customer service person cannot provide me with any real tracking number. Since they cannot provide any evidence of shipment, I suspect that they never mail anything to their customer. When I cash out the US dollars in my account. Problems occurred and my dollars amount disappeared from my account! I am still trying to contact customer service. It waisted a lot of my time. I had very bad experience with Kouhigh. Don’t use it!! 假商家，订货两个月了，结果没送到，申请提现，竟不被受理，且要求提现的金额自动从账户中消失，损失了金钱，浪费了时间，劝大家千万别上当受骗，不要买口嗨的货物！
