    Good guided exercise routine to reduce back pain. Have been using for over a year. Helps keep me limber. Multiple ways to use, don't judge the first few days you use, keep at it.

    Love this app, holds you accountable with the process (do 3-5 times a week) because you can't see improvements if you don't work at it. And so easy to use, I have the app on my phone and tablet, I even took it with me on vacation, & can take to work to do on lunch break! Then the survey every so often to check in and see if process is being made. Love it!
