    書籍『頭を「からっぽ」にするレッスン』やNetflix『ヘッドスペース』の中の人が運営する瞑想アプリ。アプリでは心のスペースを広げるような短編動画を見ることができる(毎日更新)。瞑想だけでなくヨガやストレッチ、寝付きのための音声、作業用BGMなどもあり、かつ英語リスニングの勉強にもなる(注:字幕はあるがスクリプトはない)。瞑想だけするなら月額会員になる必要は無いかも。それ以上の使い方ができるので個人的には重宝しています。

    Mindfulness and medi....wait you didnt pay us yet? Nope, you cant use this. ? Used to have free intro lessons but i guess its behind a paywall now.
