    Amazing app for travellers and busy people.I do all type body exercises at home and hotel with my body weight and backpack. I like this app

    Use less app! After entering all physical details and taking specific goals, it still wants you to choose which between a number of exercise plans ranging from fat loss to strength training(seems that individual specific goals claim was just a bluff). Even the diet plan offers just generic meal dat too not even region specific (if u r selling in india atleast offer local produce alternates to avocados, salmons etc.). A complete rip off. Please refund my money.
