    Une véritable adepte du jeûne Avant il m'arrivait de jeûner une fois par semaine pendant 24h. Maintenant je pratique le jeûne intermittent 16-8 en utilisant cette application. Je la trouve géniale et simple d'utilisation et cool même dans sa version gratuite. Ce nous indique les différente phases que traversent notre corps lors du jeûne et je trouve ça intéressant et motivant. Super appli je recommande vraiment Et jeûner..... C'est génial, on se sent mieux et je trouve que ça régule l'appétit
