    Good but needs a tweak. I use several of this brand app when going to sleep. Only thing they are missing is a delay timer. It starts too quickly and I haven't had time to get into bed, much less start deep breathing. I'd love an option of delay timer with a 1, 5 minute or longer timer with gentle music until the speaking begins.

    I love this series they are great to sleep too. Even though this is called Enjoy Exercise. You turn it on when you're about to go to sleep, then you adjust the volume and setting ( I like the babbling brook for my background noise ) then you listen to a half hour of motivational speech and breathing exercises. I'm asleep before the first half-hour ends. Then I set the settings so the babbling brook plays softly in the back ground till morning. Try different one's, there great!
