    The new app is beautiful... I get so hungry when I order it’s hard to wait. I really like the new rewards program... I can’t wait for my birthday for an extra bonus. The team that put this together must be working hard, don’t listen to the rude haters. It’s a major release, so not surprising to find a few snags. I sure wish people could just provide feedback in a constructive way and remember that the developers are people with feelings. Anyways, it works fine on my phone.

    I ordered the other day, and after 1.5 hours the order was marked as delivered. I went outside to look for my food, but it was nowhere to be found. I tried looking through the app for any helpful updates but couldn’t find anything (there’s no map in the app or delivery man phone number). Tried calling the restaurant and thankfully they picked up on the 2nd call. They then proceeded to tell me that the order was there but that they don’t deliver to my address anymore (i.e. an hour - hour and a half after I placed the order) so they can’t deliver it and they cancelled my order (on the app though they marked it as delivered) . The guy on the phone told me he’d give me a refund, but they only gave me a PARTIAL refund for an order THEY cancelled after 1.5 hrs. I contacted support through the app, but no response. I had several mistakes happen with Dig Inn in the past as well. The last order right before this one arrived completely wrong , and a bunch of things I paid for (and some i paid ex...

    I love this place! It has very fresh seasonal food that is both healthy and delicious. The people who service customers are friendly and efficient who don’t dilly dally. When there is a line it moves quickly. The space inside is clean and has both large and small tables. Bathroom is kept clean as well. If I could make a complaint, I would say that once in 50 or so plates the chicken breast can be slightly dry… but it’s very consistent otherwise.
