Description
The Basic Radiology SecondLook™ application is a study aid that provides a series of radiographic images for students to self-test their level of knowledge and ability to recognize structures and pathologies in the human body. The images in the Basic Radiology SecondLook™ application were captured by faculty members in the Department of Radiology at the University of Michigan Medical School. This application was developed with the learner in mind, especially medical and other health sciences students, as well as radiology laboratory professionals. All eight slide sets, covering General Radiology Concepts, Chest Radiology, Abdominal Imaging, Musculoskeletal Radiology, Trauma Radiology, Cardiac Radiology, Neuroradiology, and Pediatric Radiology, may be purchased as a complete mobile application. By taking a "Second Look" at these images, users are able to quickly self-evaluate and test their knowledge of human radiographic analysis in order to identify gaps and to be better prepared for tests. This mobile application will also serve as an excellent review tool to prepare for licensing examinations.
