    Schlechter Kundenservice. Ich hatte mich informiert, wie man ein Konto bei Asos löschen kann. Entweder über die App oder den Kundenservice. Ich bat den Kundenservice mein Konto zu löschen. Dieser teilte mir mehrmals mit, dass ich kein Konto habe oder mein Konto schon gelöscht sei. Trotz Screenshots, die bewiesen das ich ein Konto hatte und mich anmelden konnte. Ich war gezwungen die App zu installieren, um mein Konto zu löschen. Asos ist schlimmer als gedacht.
