    Stored my itinery ok and allowed me to manage my flights, but won't let me access my boarding pass. I went through all the steps for online check-in (and got an email confirmation) but there was no boarding pass by email, SMS, or online.

    Pathetic app, especially if your flight is with a sub-contracter like Hi Fly, as very few functions actually work. Information is same as their website, including their chat bot.

    We tried to get our boarding passes from two phones. Got a confirmation by email but couldn't dl the boarding pass. We got a generic error message. Had to redo the process using the "desktop version" of the webpage in the browser and it worked (didn't have to upload anything for it to work). Same bug again on the way back. We also got a notification to reserve our seat, something we couldn't do by following the in-app instructions. My experience w/ AT would have been better without this app.
